I’m Louise, a holistic menopause and nutritional coach, as well as a Pilates instructor. As a woman in midlife, I truly understand how challenging it can be to navigate the changes our bodies go through, and how frustrating and sometimes worrying that can often feel. You want to have more energy to move more and do the things you love. You want to get more sleep and feel less tired. You want to lose that stubborn weight gain, but so far, everything you’ve tried has left you feeling frustrated and fed up!! That’s where I come in, I created Stronger in Midlife because I know how scary and frustrating it can be navigating through this chapter in life, and I want to help women to feel physically, emotionally and mentally stronger.
